    Rose Horgan

    Clinical Hypnotherapist

For a decade, I have worked with people who have experienced abuse or other life traumas and as a result have gone on to suffer from debilitating
conditions that prevent them from living a happy, fulfilled life. I also personally understand how crippling anxiety can be. After a traumatic birth with my first child, I felt like I had lost myself and all
control of my life. My self-esteem was on the floor, and I thought the rest of the world had it all figured out except me. It’s so easy to become fixated on the problems you face and come to believe that they are who you are. I can help you to understand how your brain works and how these thought processes hold you back, enabling you to take control back of
your life so that you can move forward at a pace that is right for you, empowering you to start enjoying the life that you really want with ease.
